"The Masculine cocktail
4 cl Martinique Rhum (Saint James Royal Ambre)
2 cl Aperol
2 cl Hierbas Ibicencas
1 BL lime juice
eighth Orange
4 mint leaves
Orange muddle mint leaves with slightly Rührlas. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cold. Strain in a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon twist and twig of mint.
